Dorsay takes great pride in building communities. Ranging from high-rise condominiums to greenfield low-rise residential subdivisions, the communities we develop and construct are unique and pleasant environments that enhance the lifestyle of residents. We put people at the centre of everything we do. Time and again, Dorsay has built well planned, vibrant communities that stand testimony to our drive for excellence.
We listen carefully to all stakeholders and work with prospective homebuyers, municipalities and existing communities to design and construct residences that create value, enhance the neighbourhood and endure.

Dorsay Development Corporation purchased a 50% interest in the office complex known as Atria I, II and III in 2005. This office complex is located on a 22 acre parcel of land. There was 6.12 acres of land on the site which was available for future development. Dorsay and its joint-venture partner successfully received Official Plan Approval for mixed use development on this parcel of land.
